Group Exercise Classes

Drop into any of our group exercise classes that have (PC) next to them .. We have a variety of classes  such as  barre, TRX, spin, bootcamp, and Interval training that begins as early as 5:45AM and as late as 6:30PM. Please review our schedule  as we update it regularly. Experience is not required to attend any of the classes, but please arrive 15 minutes before the class, so that we can aquaint you with the studio and the class format. 

Reservations are not required, however we recommend you reserve your spot to guarantee a space as well as a way to keep you committed to YOUR schedule. We require 12 hour notice for cancellation for classes. Less than 12 hours will result in your card being punched or in the case of the monthly unlimited, you will be charged $10 for the late cancellation or no show.

Small Group Training Series

 

Small Group Training Series last for 4-8 weeks and cost approximately $15-$25 dollars per session with a pre-paid series. Please visit our Small Group Training page for more information on a series that interests you.

 

Personal Training

Personal training;
Private Pilates and/or fitness sessions are by appointment. This is the perfect option for those with very specific needs and goals. You may choose to do private training exclusively or meet your trainer weekly or monthly to enhance your group exercise sessions .
