Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a great way to get a personal trainer while saving money. Groups are limited to 4-6 participants so that sessions can be fine-tuned to meet your specific needs. We are constantly adding new small group training series to our schedule the series listed below are among our most popular:

 

Weight Room Workout: Weight Room Workout is a 6 week series designed to strengthen your entire body. Using free weights, barbells, and more you will challenge yourself and get the results you’ve been looking for. This series is limited to 4-6 participants.

 

Pilates Chair: Pilates Chair is a 4 week series that delivers a unique and fun, full body Pilates workout. Chair workouts improve strength, stability and flexibility as well as improve any imbalance, refine movement, and provide variety and challenge. This series is limited to 5 participants.

Pilates Systems Series: Experience Pilates the way Joseph Pilates had intended it to be in this 4 week series. Participants will work out on the reformer and mat, as well as use equipment like the tower and chair. This series is limited to 3 participants. Groups are formed base on experience and availability.

Intermediate Mat Pilates: Challenge your core and more with this classical Pilates series. Exerience with the basic classical mat system is required in order to attend these sessions. Cynthia Lane will maintain the integrity of the classical system with a focus on flow and precision.

Pilates Mat and Tower: Enhance your Mat work by adding the Tower into your session. The Tower improves your strength, stability, and flexibility. They also correct any imbalance, refine movement, and provide variety and challenge. This series is limited to 4 participants.

Golf Strength Training: Are you interested in improving your golf game? Join Emily, Certified Personal Trainer and Golf Fitness Specialist for a personalized fitness assessment specific to golfing, followed by a series of exercises that improve balance and head speed, bolster driving distance, and reduce the risk for low back pain and wrist injuries.

Fit Camp: Fit Camp is a 6 week series designed for EVERY LEVEL of fitness. You’ll be sure to have fun while you get stronger and leaner in this cardio/strength class! Fit Camp will take place outdoors if weather permits. When the temperature drops below 40 degrees we take the workout inside.

Fit camp is more than just an exercise class. It includes a pre and post fitness assessment with private weighing and measuring. We work with you on goal setting and keeping you motivated and accountable!

Beginner and Intermediate Running Groups: Need inspiration to get yourself out on the road? We’ve got the programs for YOU! Join Fitness Directions for a progressive beginner or intermediate running program & prepare your mind and body for an upcoming race or just for fun! Whether you need the motivation to start your training or the direction to enhance your current training, these programs will fit your needs. This program will teach you everything you need to know about becoming a successful runner, jogger, or walker.

Cross Training for Teens: Cross Training for teens is a fun, interactive program that keeps kids in shape and ready for sports seasons. Class will incorporate both cardio and strength workouts that are sure to break a sweat! Workout with your friends and stay healthy together while having fun!

Stand Up Paddle Board- Power Paddle: Try our new Stand Up Paddle Board: Power Paddle fitness series with Amy Squeglia this Summer! Stop by, call, or visit our website to reserve your spot! With 3 class days and times you will be sure to find one that’s right for you!

This Class offers a blend of stand up paddling, upper and lower body strength moves, flexibility, and balance training all while enjoying the beautiful waters of Cape Cod! This class is for all fitness & SUP levels. Don’t miss out on a fun, full body, dynamic workout that incorporates paddle drills, body weight movements, resistance training, and core stabilization moves. If you enjoy variety or just want to try something new, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!
