Lisa Wilby RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist and the owner of Nutrition Real Simple in Easthampton and Falmouth Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition at The University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed her 9 month internship program there following her graduation.

Lisa spent several years working as a Clinical Dietitian at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Massachusetts where she gained valuable skills providing patients with medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to help manage their health. Finding reward in teaching the science of nutrition, Lisa opened Nutrition Real Simple with the goal of helping people help themselves by learning and living the benefits of good nutrition.

Working on-one-one or in groups, Lisa works with clients moving them toward their goals, focusing on mindful, healthy eating habits for improved health and well-being.

Lisa is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Western Area Massachusetts Dietetic Association, and the Massachusetts Dietetic Association. She belongs to several Dietetic Practice Groups: Weight Management, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition.  She holds a Certificate of Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and writes a nutrition column for her local newspaper. An avid runner, she is the co-chairperson for the Western Area Massachusetts Dietetic Association Annual 5K and is a two-time veteran of the Boston Marathon, multiple half-marathons, and countless other races.
