Jana Faiky

Jana has been teaching group exercise and Personal training since 1990. She is AFAA group exercise & Personal Trainer certified as well as Peak Pilates Certified. The more she learned the more she wanted to learn, so she went back to college and earned her Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State College in in 1999. She has explored many avenues in fitness including being the conditioning coach for the Men’s soccer team at Mt Ida College, a Fitness Director at a Health club, The Director of Marketing for a Fitness Education Company, A trainer’s trainer teaching/training people to prepare for nation certification for group exercise instructor and personal trainer, and a continuing education provider. In June 2007 she realized her dream an opened Fitness Directions. All of her experiences helped her to create her studio. Her goal was to offer top notch service with the best trainers in the area in a welcoming, progressive environment. Jana loves to see people become empowered as she assists them to reach their health & fitness goals. She remains on the cutting edge by attending continuing education workshops and she works out regularly with her trainer at Pure Pilates Inc.

 

 

 

Lori Haley

Lori has been an AFAA group exercise Instructor since 1993. She received her Personal Trainer certification as well as her Kickboxing, Weight training & Pre/Post Natal certification from AAAI/ISMA. In addition she is certified by IFTA in group cycle classes and is ZUMBA certified. Lori loves to help motivate people to be the best that they can be ! She attends continuing education workshops to bring fresh ideas to her clients and incorporates functional training into her clients workouts to improve their everyday life! In her “spare time” she trains for long distance bike rides and raises money for Alzheimer’s, Cancer and Diabetes research.

Heidi Ingram

AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Peak Pilates Certified Instructor. Heidi has been teaching group and personal training fitness for over 15 years. She has completed hundreds of teaching and personal practice hours with both Pilates and Fitness. She continues to seek more knowledge through continuing education workshops and Pilates lessons with her trainers at Pure Pilates Inc. Her desire to remain on the cutting edge is evident as she constantly finds ways to challenge you in her classes and/or private sessions. Heidi’s supportive teaching/training style will help you to become your very best.

 

Molly Flynn

Molly comes to FD with 21 years of dance experience as both a dancer and a teacher. She was a member of the UNCW Dance Company while in College. She is certified through AFAA for Personal Training & Group Exercise and by MadDogg Athletics for Spinning. Molly passion for fun and fitness is evident through her enthusiastic and encouraging teaching style.

Emily Arnick

Emily Arnick moved to Cape Cod from Alaska in July 2015 and is excited about starting with Fitness Directions. Emily has always been active, playing basketball and volleyball in high school and college and this active lifestyle made a natural progression when she became a Personal Trainer in 2013. Her fitness philosophy consists of weight training combined with interval training to keep your body guessing. In her personal time, Emily participates in olympic lifting as well as interval training, running, hiking, biking … anything active that gets the endorphins going! Emily received her Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition for Sports and Exercise Certifications through AFAA and her Youth Exercise and Golf Fitness Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 

 

 

Inga Larson

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications, Inga decided to turn her passion for wellness into a career, with a comprehensive focus on continuing education in health, nutrition and fitness.  Inga is now a WITS Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, an Insanity Certified Instructor and certified MadDogg Athletic Instructor for Spinning.  Committed to nurturing every client, through every stage of fitness and development, Inga stays current with the latest fitness trends and cutting edge research. Her wholehearted, encouraging teaching style strengthens and energizes clients, allowing them to embrace and enjoy fitness as a lifestyle — Your every achievement is her greatest success!

 

Grace Vose

Grace Vose grew up in Falmouth and moved to Boston in 2008 to pursue her business degree at Umass Boston. After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Grace moved home and continued her education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During this time she worked as a professional baker. Her passion for food as well as fitness inspires her outlook on healthy living. Grace feels balance is crucial and exercise should be viewed as a gift as opposed to an atonement. Every person who walks through the doors of Fitness Directions has a different story, a different body, and different strengths and challenges. Grace is an interested listener who can help guide you to your own path of balance and health. She is now a Certified Holistic Health coach, W.I.T.S certified personal trainer, and a Maddog Athletic Spinning Instructor.
