We strive to accommodate to every fitness level.
Fitness assessments: if you’re just beginning your health and fitness journey we suggest that you begin with a private appointment with one of our trainers for a complete fitness assessment. This will provide valuable information. For both you and your trainer so that an optimal program can be designed for you. It also will provide you with measurable benchmarks to assess your progress.

TIPS FOR YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment or class in order to fill out your medical health forms.
Attire: Regular gym attire is appropriate for classes and sessions. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. You may shop our retail store which carries Lucy, Beyond Yoga, DA Active and more!
Props: We always provide equipment, mats and props for all of our classes and sessions. Towels and water are available for our guests as well. However, you are welcome to bring your own props if you prefer.
Scheduling: We encourage participants to reserve class ahead of time online. Or you can call and we would be happy to sign you up for your desired class.
Cancellations: All private sessions and studio classes must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a full charge to your credit card on file. If you have a month unlimited package, $10 will be charged to your card.
10 Minute Rule: Participants are not permitted to enter the class more than 10 minutes after class starts.
